The Bell UH-1Y Venom is a twin-engine, medium-lift utility helicopter produced by Bell Helicopter. It is a modernized version of the UH-1 Iroquois, also known as the “Huey.” The UH-1Y Venom is designed to perform a variety of missions, including troop transport, medical evacuation, and search and rescue.
The UH-1Y Venom features a number of improvements over the UH-1 Iroquois, including a more powerful engine, a new transmission, and a fully integrated digital avionics system.
